Terms and Conditions

  • All orders for goods and services must be confirmed in person or by email.
  • All orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee or full payment
  • All orders must be paid in full prior to the event date
  • The booking fee is non-refundable
  • Cancelled bookings will result in the loss of the booking fee and may incurre addition charge based on schedule below                                          1. cancelled with more than 6 months to event date only booking fee lost    2.cancelled with less than 6 months but more than 3 months notice 50% of total booking less booking fee held is due at time of cancellation.                3. cancelled with less than 3 months but more than 1 month to event 75% of total booking less the booking fee held is due at time of cancellation       4. cancelled with less than 1 months notice, the full value of the order less the booking fee held will be due at time of cancellation.
  • If additional payments have been made, in the event of cancellation they will be forfeit, and further payments may be required in accordance with the schedule above. 
  • If the booking is amended or altered within 4 weeks prior to the event date Celebration Balloons will do their best to accommodate these changes, but will not be held liable for non-completion of the booking. to include such issues as but not limited to, change of colour, change of numbers, change of venue, change of furniture.
  • When hiring goods the hirer named on the booking form is responsible for the goods from the time the said goods and or equipment is collected or delivered to the venue until they are returned to our shop premises at        63 Weston Park road, Peverell, Plymouth PL3 4NW.
  • Any goods missing or damaged will be charged to the hirer at the full replacement cost as well as any additional costs such as VAT, delivery and proven loss of earnings.  A detailed list of costs will be provided with the invoice for items lost or damaged with the said invoice being due 7 days from its issue date.
  • Items such as chair covers and table linen are allowed reasonable soiling, however excessive wear and tear, soiling, damage or theft will be charged at full replacement plus costs.
  • If Celebration Balloons are unable to fulfill a booking as a result of the client, the venue or any other third party action beyond our control the booking will be deemed to have been honoured and no monies will be refunded.
  • In the event of goods and or services booked where the said goods and or services are cancelled by Celebration Balloons the hirer will only be entitled to the return of monies paid. No responsibility or liability for additional loss on the part of the hirer or any third party is accepted
  • All bookings are only taken and fulfilled on the understanding that these terms and conditions are understood and agreed.
